Kerrey Rowe, President/Director

 Kerrey Rowe, a Carthage native and resident of Brush Creek in Smith County, serves as the Director of Girls to Women, a community-based organization dedicated to empowering young girls through mentorship, life skills training, and personal development. With a mission to create a safe, nurturing space where girls can build self-respect, confidence, and integrity, Girls to Women reflects Kerrey’s deep commitment to guiding the next generation.

Kerrey brings over 14 years of professional experience from her previous role at the same company, where she developed strong organizational, coordinating, and research skills and served as a supervisor. Her leadership style blends compassion with structure—key to her success both professionally and in community outreach.

A devoted mother of two, Kerrey understands firsthand the importance of supporting and preparing young women for life’s challenges. She lives by the organization’s guiding principle: “Strong women aren't born, they're built—one skill, one step, one belief at a time.”

Trish Dietrich, Vice President/Secretary

Trish resides in rural Smith County with her husband, Paul, where she finds joy working on their farm and supporting their music ministry. With four decades of experience as a registered nurse, Trish has skillfully navigated both blue-collar and corporate environments. Formerly the owner and operator of a private family medicine clinic, she went on to practice correctional medicine before moving into the field of advanced technology—demonstrating that women can confidently pursue their passions and achieve success.

Penny Kinslow, Treasurer

Penny is a dedicated Christian, a proud mother of three, and a grateful grandmother to ten cherished grandchildren. In her role as a paralegal, she exemplifies integrity, commitment, and meticulous attention to detail. Beyond her professional life, Penny serves faithfully as the church clerk and is also the treasurer for Girls to Women, an organization she holds dear. Whether she’s at work, in her church, or serving her community, Penny leads with unwavering faith, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.

Kyleigh Patton, Board Member

Kyleigh lives in Smith County with her husband, Jordan, and their two fur babies. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, has a passion for crocheting, and loves the thrill of adventure. With a degree in Business, Kyleigh spent nearly ten years as a cosmetologist, where she found fulfillment in helping others feel their best while offering a supportive and uplifting environment. Her background in customer service and communication has deepened her appreciation for the wonderful people she meets every day.

Alivia Rowe, Board Member

Alivia grew up in Smith County and currently resides in Lebanon. She earned her master's of science in forensic psychology from Cumberland University. With this she hopes to inspire other women to pursue their goals. She enjoys music and her animals.
